Why Is It Necessary to Supplement the Logistics Tracking Number for Consolidation Orders?

To ensure that the received consolidation parcels can be accurately and timely checked and warehoused, after your submitted consolidation/self-service purchase order is approved, you still need to fill in the logistics tracking number of the parcel sent by the seller in the corresponding consolidation/self-service purchase order.

Only when the logistics tracking number is correctly provided can our platform inspect and warehouse the parcel upon receipt. For consolidation orders without the supplemented logistics tracking number, our platform will not be able to conduct the inspection process.

Friendly Reminder: If your consolidation parcel has arrived at the warehouse but you have not yet placed the corresponding order, please submit the consolidation goods list as soon as possible. After the list is approved, supplement the logistics tracking number to facilitate the checking and warehousing of your goods. Parcels exceeding the storage period will be deemed as abandoned by the owner and will be disposed of and destroyed by our platform.See Parcel Storage Period for details.
