The following items are all prohibited goods that are explicitly banned from being procured on behalf of others, carried, and mailed by the state. Platforms strictly prohibit any user from publishing or trading such items in the name of procurement on behalf of others, including but not limited to:

(I) Drugs and Related Items

• Various types of virulent poisons;

• Narcotics, psychotropic substances and addictive substances such as opium, morphine, heroin and cannabis;

• Precursor chemicals used in manufacturing drugs and drug-related tools.

(II) Weapons, Ammunition and Dangerous Articles

• Various weapons, imitation weapons, ammunition and explosive devices, including firearms (including modified and imitation versions), crossbows, restricted knives, brass knuckles, batons and other offensive instruments;

• Ignition and detonation devices such as detonators and fuses;

• Dangerous goods such as fireworks and firecrackers, compressed gases, flammable and explosive liquids, corrosive chemicals and asbestos products.

(III) Animals, Plants and Related Products

• Animals, plants and their products carrying dangerous germs, pests and other harmful organisms;

• Unquarantined and unapproved items such as fresh fruits, vegetables, raw and cooked meats, animal-derived milk and dairy products, eggs and egg products, and bird’s nest (except canned ones);

• Endangered animals and plants (including specimens) and their seeds and propagation materials, such as tiger bones, rhinoceros horns, yew bracelets and other products of species protected by the CITES Convention.

(IV) Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices and Non-compliant Health Products

• Prescription drugs, over-the-counter drugs and overseas pharmaceuticals that have not obtained relevant domestic qualifications;

• Class III medical devices such as colored contact lenses and contact lens care solutions (a medical device operation license is required for sale);

• Health products, weight-loss drugs and cosmetics containing prohibited ingredients such as CBD, aphrodisiacs and clenbuterol.

(V) Infringing, Counterfeit and Illegal Items

• Counterfeit currencies, negotiable securities, identity documents, visas and other documents;

• Infringing commodities such as high-quality counterfeit luxury goods, pirated books, game CDs and counterfeit anti-counterfeiting labels;

• Privacy-invasive equipment such as wiretappers and candid cameras.

(VI) Other Prohibited and Restricted Items

• Printed materials, audio-visual products, computer storage media and other items that are harmful to China’s politics, economy, culture and morality;

• Tobacco products (including e-cigarettes, e-liquid and tobacco accessories) and alcohol without licenses;

• Unregistered online game point cards and virtual accounts;

• Industrial and daily necessities prohibited by international conventions or domestic laws and regulations, such as mercury thermometers and asbestos gloves.
