Customs Inspection

All parcels shipped overseas are subject to inspection by the customs of the destination country, which is generally conducted on a random sampling basis.

If the customs deems your parcel to be special (e.g., oversized, overweight, or containing sensitive items), the customs will usually take the initiative to contact the recipient to request invoices or customs clearance documents.

Any fees incurred due to parcel return or destruction caused by failure to contact the recipient or the recipient's refusal to cooperate with customs clearance procedures shall be borne by the recipient alone.
